in case of delay in Filing of LLP Form 8 (the Statement Account and Solvency) by LLP for the financial year 2020-21. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MCA<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mca.gov.in\/bin\/dms\/getdocument?mds=D6JwDgXJxJkSj9vnkrkNZw%253D%253D&amp;type=open\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mca.gov.in\/bin\/dms\/getdocument?mds=D6JwDgXJxJkSj9vnkrkNZw%253D%253D&amp;type=open\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&nbsp;issued a&nbsp;Circular<\/a>, in which&nbsp;MCA&nbsp;announced a relaxation on additional fees in filing Form 8 by&nbsp;LLP&nbsp;up to 30th December 2021.&nbsp;Due to the difficulty faced by <a href=\"https:\/\/fastlegal.in\/blog\/llp\/llp-filing-2021-22\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LLP<\/a>s as a result of the&nbsp;COVID-19&nbsp;epidemic, MCA has received a request for an extension of the deadline for completing the Statement of Account and Solvency without paying additional expenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
